Mercedes Hernandez H.

Business Owner

Born and raised in El Salvador. Mercedes AKA (Mama Meche) Grew up loving culinary arts and always dreamed of having her own Restaurant. When she was 26 years old she started her own business. She owned her very first restaurant. It was small but very successful. She was forced to close down when her restaurant burned down during night. Fire and police investigators said it was not an accident but there was nothing they can do about it. Mama Meche, being a strong woman didn't give up on her dream. She moved to the U.S.A worked hard to earn enough money to start her own restaurant again. after many years of ups and downs, She finally was able to start her own restaurant El Agave specializing in Mexican, Seafood, and Salvadoran cuisine. A place where she can transform her love and dreams into a delicious taste for all who love quality home made food!
